A system which can be used for communication between deaf and blind with the help or third person.
Project Implementation Method
Using modern computational techniques python and opencv.can get gestures from deaf people using webcam and convert them into voice . Can get input from blind people by using either a touch pad and microphone and convert them into gestures(images).
Benefits of the Project
used to fll thecommunication gap between deafand bind people which exist in our society.A deaf can communicate using numbers with blind . no need of third person.
Technical Details of Final Deliverable
we launch our project as hardware software integration system where blind can communicate using hardware device and deaf through a system (codded).
