The system will not generally allow any event managers/localities so first there should be a criterion for the localities to specifically be registered in the system. The criteria will be defined by the quality of the locality, capacities and some other merits will for all intents be defined that will actually help in categorizing. generally, we kind of provide subscriptions to the vendors i.e a sign in first then he buys the subscription for the promotion. We will provide him with different packages with different facilities. Project Implementation Method

Allow localities and vendors registration on criteria with subscriptions: We cannot allow all the event managers in an area so first there should be criteria for the localities to be registered in the system this criteria will be defined by the quality of the locality, capacities and some other merits will be defined that will help in categorizing. This panel will provide the basic framework for the localities that a vendor can customize with his needs, add more specifications, and change locations according to his needs. Vendors can enable and disable the options in his system by using customization features.In subscription we provide the vendors a sign in first then he must buy the subscription for the promotions. We will provide him with different packages with different facilities. For an organizer/vendor to login for the first time he needs the verification from the admin for that our systemwill provide with the verification also.

Train and implement chat bot: At the user panel we give a specification of chat bot/or direct search that will take your requirements based on how the chat bot is trained this module will help the system to identify what the user really wants e.g. package, budget, capacity and then searches for the localities that fulfill it and make a shortlist based on requirements out of it.

Allow a client to come and plan an event by adding modules: Here the user will be able to provide an event plan in which he select module.This will cover the vastness of the modules of events, identifying how much resources are required

Make and automated process through chatbot that takes requirements: This automated process will be based on the trained chatbot that identify the best matches for the requirements provided by the user.

Use algorithms to best match the requirements: These algorithms will be implemented in order to give optimal searches e.g. it also includes optimal path finder that gives the shortest route to the locality, so the time is not wasted.

Make conversational thread with shortlisted results: This module will be provided so the user can close the deal with the vendors, in these kind of processes availability on right time and date is checked and then negotiations are usually made after which the deal is closed.

Finalize the plan with finalized vendors: After closing the deal the selected vendors are added to the plan and d the process is finalized like in how many days or hours what task will be performed.

Provide custom dashboard for teamwork management: To provide collaboration and communication between vendors a teamwork management dashboard is provided for the ease and simplicity.

Provide payment gateway An online payment gateway will be provided for secure payment this will have some kind of deal according to the user if he wants to send some amount of money in advance he sends it through it.
