An IOT based application is a dedicated app that helps farmers to increase their crop yield with updated information and technology. The information provided by this app covers everything from soil preparation to post-harvest, along with livestock and weather updates with audio, video and pictorial presentations. that will help farmers of Land and Dairy Farming by providing: guidance for the growth of cattle’s and crops, Professional doctors in case of any kind of disease and Accurate rates of products. Our app will provide all the services that a farmer needs that are listed below:

• Guidance from soil preparation to post-harvest

• Weather updates

 • Mobile crop doctor that allows you to accurately detect pests and diseases on crops in seconds. detects plant damage and also the disease occur on livestock animals by clicking on a picture of a diseased crop

. • Specialized team of doctors and professionals

  • Farmer training sessions

• Monitoring of agricultural inputs, soil sampling and receiving complaints.

• Proper feed plan for every breed of livestock

 • Provide voice feedback

. • Talk to agricultural experts via audio/video call for advice

 • Get contact details from nearby agricultural stores and retailers

• Get the latest local market rates for your preferred crops.

We have the competitors in market but all gives different information at different .levels but our app will provide all the information in single platform. Also, we give the platform to doctors and professionals to come to the app and provide solutions to the farmers and get paid. They can approach the nearest farmer through our app that is in need of help that would be unique feature. 

Project Objectives

Pakistan is an agricultural economy with agriculture and agriculture accounting for about 19% of GDP. In addition, 40% of the country’s workforce works in the agricultural sector. But day by day farmers are leaving it because they find it difficult to handle the crops or cattels in case of any disease and no proper road map for the guidance of them. Our main objective is to make a farmer acknowledged of how to grow crops, increase the production. Our dairy farming has the potential to be used by our own country as well as we can export the dairy products. But our farmer is not using the proper feed and using old remedies to tackle the disease caused.  Our app objective is to provide the farmer with every point related to agriculture such as

• Soil conditions, crop health analysis, and weather updates are all provided through this app, making it a one-stop digital solution for farmers

• Our will be easy to understand because majority of farmers is illiterate So, audio, video and photo presentations with every module on app with livestock and weather updates.

• Turns your Android phone into a mobile crop doctor that allows you to accurately detect pests and diseases on crops in seconds. Detects plant damage and livestock disease by clicking on a picture of a diseased crop.

• Live chat option with other farmers so they can share their experiences with each other

• Platform for professional and doctors that can register and provide these services.

Project Implementation Method

First we will make a professional team that will combine work to make  an IOT based application that also includes AI modules. Our app would design in phases and through proper management. When our  prototype is done then First we would target the specified area or  village and deploy our app prototype and perform and do proper trials of app so, if our app is lagging any feature or having any difficulty for  the farmers to understand it so we update it and improve our app accordingly. Then after a complete trial we would ready to launch our app.

Benefits of the Project

As our app is targeting the agriculture of Pakistan so this will increase the production as well quality products. So as the production of crops and milk increases prices of every agriculture related product would decrease and it’s easy to buy for everyone so no hunger problem for lower class. Not only these products would be available for locals but also, we can export these products that will surely increase GDP of Pakistan. 

We have four revenue streams

• Subscriptions

In subscription farmers can enjoy prior customer support. Proper growth plan according to their land and weather. Subscriptions would add about 45% revenue

• Marketing

Marketing of suppliers of seeds, feed, fertilizers and urea that are willing to sell their products. It would add about 20% of the revenue

• Taking commission from doctors for using our platform

As we are giving a platform to the veterinary doctors So he can get their customers from here. We would charge commission from for every time they provide there service just like uber. It would add about 30% of the revenue

• Google ads

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

 • Provide them a software to communicate directly with doctors

 • Special teams of Doctors that will help the farmer. 

• Which feed is better for crops and which leading food crops are using around the world

 • Which feed is best for dairy cows.

 • Biosensors (detection of pathogens in food ) to check the disease of dairy cows. 

• Our doctors encourage farmers to adopt good practices to enhance effectiveness of crop seeds produced by them.
