Project Summary

Our project is on web based application & later on it Will be converted into the mobile apps too. So we gave the ADVOGATE name to our project. Basically it's a unique idea , there's no platform in pakistan for client & lawyer to solve their problem online, without going Court/kacherry or finding for a lawyer.

ADVOGATE will be the web based application which will be developed to ease the process of finding an appropriate and competent lawyer as per the legal matter of users. 

• Users and lawyers will have to register themselves, they will have a dedicated personal dashboard to view/edit their personal details, add their profile pictures, upload/delete documents.
• A detailed form will be given to registered lawyers, they will be required to provide their City/High court membership card, field of specialization, all-time case history will then register after the verification of documents.
• Similarly, a detailed form will be given to registered users in their dashboards to provide detail about their legal concerns which will include, concern category, location and previous case record only then a specialized lawyer will be recommended to users as per their category and location selection with a detailed estimated fee for their legal case.
• After then they will have an option to opt for the services or not, if they will opt to get the services then they will have to pay at least 25% of the total amount via credit/debit cards, online bank transfer or Easy Paisa.
• Once the payment is confirmed a recommended lawyer be assigned to user and then lawyer will contact user via call to make an appointment for a physical meeting.
• A case will be opened in lawyers and user’s dashboard and they can then update/edit and track all their activity and status of specific case.
• Once the case is finalized in court after the final judgement by City/High court. Case will be closed and user will have to pay the full and final payment
• All the lawyers will be collectively rated by users and our team of experts and as the rating will increase their chance of recommendation will increase.
• Lawyer will be recommend thorough Artificial intelligence algorithm , by rating wise, review wise, Relivence wise.

Project Objectives

The key idea behind ADVOGATE is to bridge the gap between a lawyer and users who are looking for the best affordable lawyer in their vicinity. It will be primarily focused to ease the process of finding an appropriate and competent lawyer as per the legal concern of clients and to digitize the legal consultancy across Pakistan. ADVOGATE would be targeted to the mass audience of Pakistan.  This project idea will revolutionize the online legal services to next level by bringing legal assistance to the target audience on their fingertips. 

Project Implementation Method

We has divided a project into chunks ,then we've started implementation by using Agile methodology...

On phase 1:

There are two chunks;

Home page where overview of services is laid out
In depth view of About Us, Our Services, Contact Us, Reviews and Feedback pages 
Sign up page where user (Lawyer/Client) will fill out form to register/sign up
Sign in page where user will fill out form to sign in
Lawyers page where all lawyers and their basic information is laid out
Individual lawyer page where lawyer’s in depth information is laid out
Signed in as a lawyer:

• View dashboard
• Edit and view their own information
• View profile level
• Add/View/Edit individual case information
• Add/View/Edit individual case status
• View individual client information
• View payment information of each case

Sign in as a client:

• View dashboard

Which will validate/authenticate the lawyer that they will registered professionally or not, either they have proper license or not , so admin will take Karachi Bar Association enrollment front & back face from the lawyer then admin will allow to Register the Lawyer...

• Basically we are using collaborative filtering in our recommendation system cux it works on past user behavior, user similarity, similar mentality & in our project we need to recommend a best lawyer to the client so by using collaborative filtering we can  solve this problem.

• User will have a variety of options while choosing the best lawyer according to their competency level, locations and their previous track record. 

We are fulfilling the needs of lawyers and users by providing them a platform to interact and solve user’s legal matter.
Project Profitability: Since AdvoGates is providing clients to the registered lawyers therefore we will get 25% commission per transaction.
