Wirelessly Controlled Mechanically Guided Robotic Arm For Picking And Placing Delicate things
Project Area of Specialization RoboticsProject Summarywireelessly control mechanically guided rebotic arm is based on master slave configuration in which a slave robot mimics the movements of the masrer robot and also can save its movements and can be used when required robotic arms are struchered with servo motors with the help of which arm can be moved easily and all this will be done via ardunio.
Project Objectivesthe main objective of this wireless based industrial robotic arms to get multi tasking and reduce chances of errors so the work can be done accurately which will be more benificial for the economy growth of industry.
Project Implementation Methodthe system of robotic arms is based on master slave configuration.where robot (master) moves and other robots (slave) will copy its movement and not only copies movements but can save and can be used for future use.
Benefits of the Projectreduce of labour cost
less chances of errors
to perform multi task and time saving
fast and accurate working
Technical Details of Final DeliverableMg90s servo motor with metal gear have one bearing .Tiny and light weight with high output power, this tiny servo is used in Helicopter, Quadcopter or Robot. Servo can rotate approximately 180 degrees (90 in each direction)
Weight: 13.4 g
dimension22.5*12*35.5mm approximate
operating voltages 4.8 to 6V.
The Arduino Mega is a microcontroller board based on the ATmega2560. It has 54 digital input/output pins (of which 14 can be used as PWM outputs), 16 analog inputs, 4 UARTs (hardware serial ports), a 16 MHz crystal oscillator, a USB connection, a power jack, an ICSP header, and a reset button.
nrf24l01 is operating at 2.4GHz.Its range is 300m.Due to limited range we used nrf24l01+pa+lna which is also operate at 2.4Ghz but its range is 1100m.
