The Queue system developed previously was too costly and required technicians for its installation and much more. The focus of this project is to make it more convenient for our buyers at a low cost which will be efficient for their customers too. Moreover, the system will be fully compact device type such as wireless and remote-control Queue system, just simple in a way that plug and play and easily movable or carry full-filling customer requirements in the easiest way and time-saving manner that he will get the full complete package in one box. However, we will develop it in such a way that there is no technician required for its installation all guidance will be on its box because it will be working wirelessly and interconnection with each other will be through Wi-Fi-or Bluetooth transmission consisting of a long-lasting battery too for accident power failure saving cost and time with an easy way to use.
Pakistan is one of the rapidly growing countries in the world and is also living with more than a billion people. In this rapidly increasing Era time is more important for people living here. The basic problem in the past few years was waiting in daily life for anything to get from a bank or any small restaurant etc. Customers making lines standing before each other and waiting for their turn face unnecessary difficulties such as Heat from sunlight or standing for long hours.
After great research done by engineers to minimize the issue and find the proper solution, they develop a Queue system for time-saving and reducing the problems faced by customers.
Later this system after launched get popularity in a country where its market rate reached at highest peak affecting lower businesspeople and demand increasing day by day.
Now due to the current situation of Covid-19, this Queue system is necessary for everyone to avoid gatherings or crowd creation, but it is not easy to afford by every business or hospital clinic. Our focus is to reduce its construction which affects reducing its cost and availability in the local market too. Instead of buying at a high cost and calling technicians for its fitting we provide wirelessly just plug and play within low-cost saving time and money. So, Aim to develop the product “Wireless Remote Control Queue Management System“ with help of IoT via 7 segment display and facing Wi-Fi owing difficulty in the manual as well as another mean of objective cost. The customer firstly collects a ticket waiting for his turn, as the ticket is released, the device transmits a signal to the Master 7-segment device NODEMCU, further when the remote button is pressed by an employee for a customer call, the master will receive the signal of remote, process it and renew its display with new digits for new customers announcing counter and a ticket number. Furthermore, the master signal will be transmitted to its slave NODEMCU chips for changing its display to guide the customer for his problem-solving counter.
There are many benefits of the project but some of them are shown below:
1. First its benefit is that we can make it wireless so it is easy to install in every area.
2. Secondly, it is cost-effective. We will reduce its cost by doing wireless communication.
Also, We will learn how to transfer data wirelessly. It will help to learn advanced knowledge of programming. In this project, we will be dealing with different levels of signal processing. Advance knowledge of networking. Will get to know about how to maintain DATABASE.
The final deliverable of our project is a product. It is a box with a remote. Moreover, the system will be fully compact device type such as wireless and remote-control Queue system, just simple in a way that plug and play and easily movable or carry full-filling customer requirements in the easiest way and time-saving manner that he will get the full complete package in one box.
