Industries are the backbone of economy of Pakistan. As our industries declining day by day. Our HR department getting feeble. People in industry do not get proper vengeance for their work. Yet, they work day and night to make their industry and country prosper without caring about their health. However, there is no proper monitoring on medical of their workers. Whereas, industrial workers (labors) are the base of our industry. Everything we see around us is because of their massive contributions and hard work. Although, it is designed by some professionals but at the end of the day, implemented by the core society and that is workers. Due to their rock-bottom salaries, they are unable to afford expensive medical treatments. So here we are bringing a solution to all the problems. Project aims:
Firstly, through this project, every worker will be getting proper vengeance for their services as their supervisor will be getting updates of their work that how much they are lifting weights and their work hours.
Secondly, since people working there will be knowing about their limits (how much they can lift according to their physique), that’s how their health will be insured and there will be no health issues. Along with that, people would not be suffering from back injuries or any kind of muscles blights.
Thirdly, there will saving a lot of time and energy of workers and efficiency will be improved. For the reason that, no waiting time for a machine to put load on and measure, then adjusting loads and then loading up. However, in view of this project, life of a worker is way easier.
Main objective of this project is to :
Project consist of load sensors (4X) with limit of 50 Kg each. This weight sensor is inexpensive, to make this project in cost-effective. As, there are two pair of shoes so data will continuously passing to mobile app after interfacing modules and sensors with each other. All shoes will send their data individually using ESP8266 as client to another ESP8266 working as a server. Afterwards, it will send its data to router. An android device will be used to run the application. This application will show the results getting from nodeMCU to android device, and will be accessed through router.
