Machine learning methods have had a great impact on social progress in recent years, Which promoted the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology and solved many Practical problems.

Automatic lip-reading technology is one of the important components of human–computer interaction technology, It plays a vital role in human language communication and visual perception. Especially in noisy environments and for deaf person it will create subtitles for them on screen. So, we are creating an software will read the lips of the person using camera and process that images using neural network (previous train data) and produce the subtitles.

Project Objectives

• Our vision is to be a platform from where deaf people of our country can get easier way to communicate with other.
• Our mission is to be application that makes a name for its self in market.
• The goal we have set for our self is to be the first lip reading system in Pakistan.

Project Implementation Method

We use natural language processing and impalement device for them.

So, we are creating an software will read the lips of the person using camera and process that images using neural network (previous train data) and produce the subtitles.
