It is a platform developed for Centralizing all of the information at one single place. The recent past has shown a greater interest in recommended technologies. Today, there are many personal travel packages from various websites to almost anywhere in the world. The customer is having trouble finding the best package because he has to search multiple websites and contact many travel agents. This is a complicated process and very time consuming. This website combines all tourism and tourist websites on a single platform, which helps the tourist to get a suitable tourist guide according to their need and packages without wasting their time by searching different sources for guide, it is a single unibody platform that offers the integration of all of the tour agencies with their complete profiles that are on the web. This project will help tourist to suggest the best Travel Package among all the package deals on the web. On multiple demands of tourist that is, a customer will select a travel package for a particular place based on the recommendations provided by the previous customers who had experience with the package as each of the Agency will have a complete individual profile. Therefore, according to the personalized recommendations, he/she will choose the best package that is on the web.

Project Objectives

The Basic goal of this project is to Integrate all different tour vendors into a single database and control the tour selection flow within from a single platform which will save the user huge time and effort. Moreover, it will provide the user with vast options of different agencies along with the thorough real time comparison. Each registered Agency will sign-up as  Vendor into platform’s database and a complete profile will be maintained. Each agency’s profile will contain their own proposals along with the previous customers reviews, which will help in maintaining the particular agency rating as a whole. On the other hand, the user will also sign-up into the platform’s database. The profile of the user will also be maintained and will be updated accordingly. The user can make a personalized comparison from all of the available profile from within a single platform. This project is a huge solution of the loophole of tourism industry and will provide a great ease to the people by exposing them to the whole universe of tourism with just a single click. Up till now this is the best and isolated solution presented in this regard. This Web App will serve as a Framework for the whole tourism related industry of Pakistan. It will be containing the maintained Profiles of each Agency. Each profile will be containing all recent and present records and proposals along with the details and reviews of the old customers. On the basis of those reviews the rating of that individual profile will be calculated. The Option of Rating the Tours as well as the Agencies Invidually will help out the user about the quality of services of agency very much.

Project Implementation Method

First of all the Database Schema has been Designed.
After The Completion of Relational Database of Tourism Hub

The Development of Backend Started.

Each of the Backend Module Developed and tested. Meanwhile the Frontend development also Started so that we can test the backend modules on frontend during run time.

We kept on developing the backend Modules turn by turn with their  DB aswell. Nothing was made in advance. 

We were developing depending upon the need so that we donot miss out any thing. 

In this way we developed Backend Modules with their DB table according to the schema and kept on testing those modules on the frontend as well..

In this way the whole project was completed and we ended up developing a Complete Tourism Management System Prototype.

Lastly we launched this Web Application on a live server for Testing.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

It is a Web Application. That has been developed Using one the most Popular Language PHP and Framework Laravel.

MySql Database has been used for this Web Application.

TourismHub is a fully dynamic Web Application.

There are Three Major Components of this Web App

1. Admin Dashboard ( Super Admin ) - Backend.
2. Agenc Dashboard (Agencies/Client-Side-UI).
3. FrontEnd ( Client-Side-UI).

TourismHub will be controlled through Admin Dashboard.

Different modules have been developed at the backend through which the Tourism Hub frontend will be controlled.

The backend Modules Includes:

• Menu Module.
• Manage Menu Module.
• Slider Module.
• Manage Slider Module.
• Dynamic Area Module.
• Admin Posts Module.
• Users Module.
• Manage Users Module.
• Country Module.
• Gallery Module.
• Subscriber Module.

All of the Frontend is Dynamicallyy be controlled by using these modules from Backend.

For Accessing the Agency Dashboard, the user must first have to sign up as an agent and after that the user have to complete their profile.

When the Profile Will be completed then the Agent will e Able to start publish their Tours by Filling the forms From Add Tours Section.

The Agents will Add all of the Information Regarding the Tour including Pictures and Videos as well. If he/she wants to changed something in the published Tour, they will have access to Editing section as well.

There will be a Section of Tour Listing Where All of the Added Tour will showup

There will also be a section of Bookings. From there the Agency can accept or reject the bookings made by the User(tourist).

These are few of the Technical Details of this Project. It is an Extensive Project which involves many other features aswell.
