Tour Craft would be a web based application whose primary function would be to facilitate tourists so that they can easily tour the cities of Pakistan by easily accessing information related to tour at one platform. Tourists can either be local or foreigners. This application will provide multiple facilities to the user. Accommodation is one of the prime needs of anybody going for vacations, TourCraft would be enabling any visitor/tourist to seek already ranked and reviewed hotels. This would not only create a crisp competition among the service provider but the benefit would be reflecting at the consumer end, resulting into uplifting of the tourism industry at the end. Reservations would be made through TourCraft. Food is one of the essentials, at the same time during the recent field study, it was discovered that the many of the tourists complain on the unavailability of the clean and cost effective dining solutions. Through tour craft we would be enabling restaurants to offer their updated menus on the basis of geographical location, solving one of the big tourism issues of Pakistan.  TourCraft would be enabling group registration features, in which a group of tourist would be able to make hotel and restaurant reservations but at the end would be able to review spending individually and would be charged accordingly.

We will use react native which is the framework of JavaScript for the front end development of an application and we will use laravel, the framework of PHP for the back end development of our project.

Project Objectives

To provide a single platform on which a user can book a hotel, book a ride, get information about a restaurant and also about various enjoyable destinations.

To provide a budget calculator so that a group of users can efficiently manage their expenses

Project Implementation Method

Incremental Methodology will be used throughout FYP because incremental is an iterative software development process that follows the principles of agility. In this model, each module goes through the requirements, design, implementation and testing phases. Every subsequent release of the module adds function to the previous release. The process continues until the complete system achieved.

It will save the time and mobile storage of the tourists and provide ease to its users

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

After the completion of our application, the user will register itself and after it the user can login itself to use the main features of this application. The user can view the details of the hotels by tap on the hotel option on the home screen and also view the options of food by tap on the food option.the user can also reserve a room in the hotel by click on the reserve hotel option and also reserve a table in any availabe restaurant  the user can also reserve a ride for the travelling and also rank and review the every feature of  application the users can also get the inmformation of all the historical places of pakistan. Budget planner is another most important feature of this app which will be used to manage the finances of a group and equally divide the expenses among the group members.
