Social learning is, according to experts in different areas, what makes humans complex beings in all their splendour. Without that ability to learn by observing others and interacting with them, we would not have culture, as evolutionary biologists Kevin Laland and Will Hoppitt argue: “Culture is based on information that is socially learned and transmitted.” However, it’s not an exclusive characteristic of our species: chimpanzees learn from their fellow chimps how to use plant stems to collect termites, and whales sing in different dialects. Now, technological progress is making it possible for robots to also join this list of beings with social learning capacity.
In 2017, researchers from the Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL) of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) made a breakthrough: robots that can learn from each other. PhD student Claudia Pérez-D’Arpino, a specialist in robotics and computer science at CSAIL, developed a system called C-LEARN that adopts a two-pronged learning approach.
First, a robot is programmed with a knowledge base that allows it to interact with different objects. This knowledge base helps it navigate through the limitations of its environment, such as the need to turn a knob to open a door. And once the robot knows how to physically interact with objects, it can begin to learn more complex tasks. For this, a human programmer uses the C-LEARN software to move the extremities of a virtual representation of the robot and thus demonstrate to its real equivalent how to execute each task. Unlike previous methods for teaching machines, C-LEARN allows the programmer to only have to demonstrate each action once.
Moreover our efforts to get this further more like as the human cannot record video safely in critical conditions and environments. These conditions and environments may be buildings where the fire breaks out, Areas with poisonous gases or harmful radiation and the places where there is an exchange of fire such as battlefield. This paper introduces design and implementation a surveillance tanked robot based on Wi-Fi protocol and windows operating system. The movement directions of the robotic tank are controlled by a GUI designed using visual studio development environment. The robot can transmit real-time video to the intended recipient. In addition, it can pick and place objects using (4-DOF) robotic arm.
Our goal/objectives is to provide a service which could reduce human efforts and as well as their precious and valuable life’s risks.
Below we I have mentioned Possible Outcomes and Primary Objectives
1. Risk Prediction
2. Monitoring Criteria
3.Determining the surveillance pathways
4.Inspection and Security

We aimed to make a robotic tank with PTZ camera and robotic arm which will Inspect and Survey the environment through Real-Time PTZ Camera via WiFi protocol and windows operating system and it can carry the object as well with the help of arm which would be installed with tank.
Benefits
We have observed there are some minuscule mistakes which caused human lives and put them to the death we are trying to minimize the risk of human lives and that our major goal and there are several more like surveillance of those area where human couldn’t reach easily or some places where going in could risk of your life etc.
