Student are facing the Following issues: -

• Student don’t get the correct information which can misguide them.
• Information is delivered late occasionally.
• There are multiple resources of student-teacher information sharing which do the tasks separately. There is no central platform.

   Our system will provide the following: -

• We will provide a platform which will resolve the issues (miscommunication, co-ordination) through this valuable work and it will work efficiently and effectively.
• Our system will reduce the time of engineering document sharing.
• It will greatly reduce human errors andwill ensure confidentiality of the data and prevent unauthorized access.
• We are providing three logins (student login, teacher login, admin login). Student can view all their related stuff (courses, credits, email address, contact number, fee dues, Attendance, card, result status, learning resources, marks in quizzes, sessional and assignments).
• Teachers can post the details by using their own profile.
• Admins monitor the whole website and know either it is working properly or not. They can get feedback from the user and respond to it. They can add new things in the website They have the privilege to change the structure of the website.

Project Objectives

The objective of this project is to design and implement a web based student information system that will manage student records.

Project Implementation Method

• Prepared the SIS Planning Recommendation Report.
• Student information system deal with all kind of student details, academic related report and university details. it track all details of a student from day one to the end of his courses, which for all form of reporting: Progress in the course, curriculum details, exam details, final exam result. The system will have an administrator that will administer the online student information system. the user should be able to access his/her account anywhere just by input correct username and password. 

Benefits of the Project

• We will provide a platform which will resolve the issues (miscommunication, co-ordination) through this valuable work and it will work efficiently and effectively.
• Document sharing will be done which reduces the time of engineering document sharing.
• It will greatly reduce human errors and ensures confidentiality of the data and prevent unauthorized access.
•  Students and teachers have group chat like option where they can resolve their issues (class scheduling). Student can post comments in the comment section.
• We are providing three logins (student login, teacher login, admin login). Student can view all their study related stuff (courses, credits, email address, contact number, fee dues, Attendance, card, result status, learning resources, Marks in quizzes sessional assignments).
• Teacher can post the details by using their profile.
• Admin monitor the whole website either it is working properly or not. It gets feedback from the user and respond to it. It can add new things in the website This is the person who have privilege change the structure of website.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

• The software which we ar using is visual studio for developing and for database we are using SQL Server.
