This project “Online Teacher & Student Portal System” which can have organized data. It has two phases so in first phase set for students and in second phase set for teachers. In student’s area we add details about difficulties facing by students like result issues, leaves & semester details. In teacher’s area we add details about difficulties facing by teachers like NOC & timetable cooperation. In this application the main role of chairperson that each applications and letters will be verify by him/her & they will submit to Dean. In student portal the system will on android and iOS app which link is provide by chairperson. Teacher use their interface on website to check their details, joining timetable and if any clash send message to chairperson. Chairperson work as admin that can add, remove, verify and get notification also provide link for apps to student.

Project Implementation Method
Student management system software is designed in such a way that user can easily interact with the screen because of GUI. The chairman and faculty members is two users who use the project. The chairperson verifies the signup notification and answer the faculty details. Faculty can view detail and write the message towards chairperson.
Benefits of the Project
The chairperson has main role in whole system because he response in 24 hours. The desired application will be started by the students and teachers. Student and teachers has platform where they can communicate the chairperson very easily.
Technical Details of Final Deliverable
Microsoft Windows and Linux operating system would the software platforms on which the our software will run. This system is also operating in android as applications
