We are developing a web and mobile-based application that is accessible to everyone. The main objective of creating this is to bring comfort to people’s lives. As we all know that in today’s world we can do whatever we want by just using a mobile phone, so we are providing a facility to store the important documents in this application in the form of pdf files and verify documents by using a cell phone. In this way, we have the record of all the documents which will be safe and have no fear of losing them, and it will prevent the usage of fake documents as well this application has many advantages. Whenever we want to take admission in school colleges, universities or applying for a job we have to verify our documents for which we have to go to offices which is also a waste of time. The main purpose of our application is to save time and efforts needed to verify the documents. Universities will now upload degrees in this application instead of awarding paper degrees. In this, we have an option that is verification by a source of an image. In this, you will take a picture from your mobile phone and upload it and this application will compare the original document and the uploaded document and tell whether it is original or fake. An employer can also verify the documents by entering the student’s registration number. One of the advantages of using this application is that if we ever forget our document at home we will not have any problem because we have mobile all the time we can get this document whenever we want through this web app.

• We are developing the web application
• We have automated the manual work of document verification.
• Admin and student has to sign in but the employer and the third person has no need to sign in.
• Employer can verify the document through uploading a picture.
• Employer can also verify the document by entering the registration number.
• The third person can also verify the document through uploading image or by entering registration number.
• Students can access all their documents
• Students can send notifications to the admin
• Admin can upload the students documents of their respective institutes
• Admin can send the msg/notification to the student.
• Both admin and student can manage their accounts.
