At the billing counter, the customer may face many problems like waiting and don't know even if they have sufficient money for the products they purchase. The billing process at the counter is time-consuming and
also needs more human resources in the billing section. Customers who need to purchase different products in supermarkets need lots of time and patience in coordinating among themself for successful shopping.

A cashier-less checkout changes everything as a shopper is immediately
identified upon entry and can grab products from the shelf and leave the store
without having to interact with the cashier.

Project Objectives

According to a recent Deloitte survey, 33% of grocery shoppers already say that digital tools make grocery shopping easier. We visited Many grocery stores to answer one question “how can we build something that store owners & operators really want?” After research, we learned grocers expressed their demands in the simplest of terms. They wanted “something that just works like magic.”

The main objective of our project is to reduce the time required for payment smart Carts, which allow shoppers to skip checkout linesin various shopping stores. we propose a smart shopping cart system based on low-cost IoT equipment and deep learn-ing object detection technology.

we use an agile methodology for project implementation. Agile uses sprints, which are short project cycles, to continually release.
