In this project, we will develop a smart real estate system that will help realtors to get information about market trends, potential market analysis, property price prediction, and below market analysis with a single click. Moreover, they will be able to keep track of all clients and ease their work.

Project Objectives

Real estate agents are normally less tech-savvy. Therefore, manual property analytics generation to convince a buyer or seller is an extremely time-consuming process for them. With the advent of the machine learning era, there are future trends that can help investors to invest in areas with a higher return. However, it is hard for realtors to quickly generate such trends in the potential market for investors. Furthermore, predicting the price of a property is highly dependent on the whereabouts and recently sold similar properties in the neighbourhood. This requires data mining which is also a tiring and time-consuming task for realtors. This normally results in losing several clients. At the same time, managing clients is itself a huge administrative task that requires client satisfaction by managing client queries, responses to client ratings etc. Therefore, the real estate industry requires a system where these technical issues can be resolved.

Project Implementation Method

We have designed the front end with simple HTML, CSS and JavaScript and the backend with Django (Python framework).  We are using MySQL as a database in our project.

1. He/She can view complete property details easily
2. He/She can perform a complete Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) of a property within 30 seconds.
3. He/She can view nearby sold of property within a few clicks
4. He/She can predict the price of a property on the basis of the current trends in that community
5. He/She can even predict the price of a property by only providing some features
6. He/She can subscribe and get daily listing updates in his area on his email or phone number
7. He/She can share records of any property to its clients with only one click

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

We are collecting data from users regarding properties. Any user can register his/her property for sale or lease. On the base of this data, we are performing different functionalities like predicting the price of the properties on the base of the property address or even realtors can predict by providing some features of the property. We are doing a complete Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) of a property as well.
