Our project is "Smart Proterty Auction". In this project we are making a website for auction of the propertries . In this project we create a website for those people who are searching for properties for themselves  this project consist of 2 parts .

1. Auction.

2. Bidding 

1).In auction we the user have to register thereselves in website registration page after the comp[letion of registration they can sign up through id and password after that he can post the update about the property which he want to sell.

2). In bidding the buyer first register himself to registration page after that by using id and password after that he can bid on any property which is suitable for his budget.

This project is based on property buy and sell and by this website this process is much more time saving and secure .

Project Objectives

This project is totally based on website so their is no manual work required which is time consuming . buyer and seller both have to register themselves for buying and selling after that the whole process start the user have to bid that property which they want and after a time period the bid end and the highest bidder will get the property.

We implement our project by this sequence :

1. Responsive UI.

2. Login / Signup portal.

3. User Portal.

4.Bidder Portal.

5.Ai Based Filtering.

6.Admin Portal.

7.Searching For Properties.

Benefits of the Project

The benefits of this project is that the user dont have to waste their time for searching properties by roaming on streets and overview different properties and if the property is suitable then there is a price negotiation process which is full of tension bt this project we make these processess by one click and user have to bid on any property within  their budget range.

1. buyer based prediction by using AI.

2.Seller based prediction by using AI.

3. Rental based prediction by using AI.
