Smart Marquee App is a web based application and android and IOS App that will works within a centralized network. This project presents a review on the software program ''Smart Marquee App'' as should be used in a marquee booking system, a facility which is used to reserve the wedding Halls, cancellation of reservation and different types of route inquiries used on securing quick reservations. In addition, HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, BOOTSTRAP, AJAX will use for the front-end of the system while the back-end will be develop in PHP LARAVEL Framework, MYSQL as Database, and React Native for mobile app . It is recommended that despite the present functionality of the designed software, an additional functionality such as the use of E-mail to send Smart Marquee and notification to the User about status of a bookings and approval and highly authenticated process should be implemented into the system. To make an event successful event manager needs different services provider like Sound systems services, Lighting providers, Canteen services, stage construction and so on. In any event many services providers work simultaneously and it is very hard to manage these providers. It is also important for event organizer that he has all the contact details of these service providers so that he can contact them any time to plan an event at given time. In present system Event Company has to do all management work manually. They keep all payment information on papers. There is no system to check the past expenses on any event. To do this they have to check payment register and this task is very time consuming and tiresome.

Smart Marquee App is the application project management to the creation and development of large scale events such as Wedding ceremonies, formal parties. People that are need to find or book online event halls and willing to see the packages and timing slots online about halls. They will able to get all this information through this system. To get success in the event management business, user should have strong network contacts of service provider.

Introduction

Event management system is used to manage all the activity related to event. In any event many service providers work simultaneously and it is very hard to manage these providers. It is also important for event organizer that he has all the contacts details of these service providers so that he can contact them any time to plan an event at given time. To manage all these activity we have developed this software. To get success in the event management business, user should have strong network contacts of service provider. These contacts are essentially providers of specific services who can be mobilized quickly to participate in any given event.

Project Objectives

System very efficiently store, maintain and retrieve data from its database and can be used for further analysis. This system provides latest notification to its user .This is time saving activity. Customers can register for any happening event from anywhere. Event manager can keep records of customers.

Adequate Record Keeping :
To eliminate manual record keeping and install an electronic record keeping thereby ensuring adequate record of transactions are kept. This ensures a centralized system where all necessary data and information can easily be accessed, Tracked, and monitored.

Provide Data Security: 
The study will install security measures by providing different access levels to various staff

Only authorized persons can register as service providers. So, there will be no risk of fraud.

In the current era, everything is going to be online from manual work. Therefore, it is difficult for people to find marquee reservation and their location when they need. Marquee booking services will be an excellent platform for the help of peoples who are finding different marriage hall and marquee hall. So, our goal is to fulfil the needs of customers and to provide a best booking services.

Old marquee management system getting too old and people have some trust issues about them, but as engagement of people with technology is increasing so people must trust on marquee systems. We are making a system that is fully work full and hold too much record and manage them brilliantly. System functional and non-functional requirements enhance the capability of system that meets the need so are brilliant system.
