Project Summary
Our project "Smart Kit For Visually Imapired People" is a of Glasses and stick.This smart kit detect obstacles from some distance and tell the person via message through handsfree to avoid that obstacle.Our foremost objective is to provide safe and independent mobility of blind people. On stick, we have ultrasonic sensor and water sensor to detect obstacles from some distance and detect water on ground respectively. On glasses, we have camera on it that detect upper level obstacles to avoid them.We are using Raspberry Pi so that image processing , Text to Speech (TTS) and object detection techniques can be done to perform all the functions of smart kit.

Our foremost Objectives are:
1: To provide safe and independnet mobility of Blind person
2: To provide cost effective smart kit.
Project Implementation Method
On hardware part ,we have ultrasonic and water sensor on stick that detect the distance of obejct and water on ground respectively. On glasses ,we have camera that detect objects via image processing and object detection techniques. After detecting objects or obstacles ,blind person recieve a message through handsfree to avoid that obstacle. We use Python for the software Part.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable
On Stick we have ultrasonic sensor and water sensor on bottom, There is a box in center of stick in which we have raspberry pi and power bank. On glasses we have camera on it.
