The main parts of the Grass cutting machines are DC motor, relay switch for controlling motor, Battery for charging it through solar panel. It is placed in a suitable machine structure. The motors having 350rpm and 35rpm are connected to the electric supply by the use of a roll of wire. The linear blades are attached in this machine. Working principle of the grass cutter is providing a high speed rotation to the blade, which helps to cut the grass.
In this project we are using the wireless connection to control the grass cutting machine.The devices used in the project are Node MCU(esp82660, motor driver L298n, LM2596 BUCK converter, XL6009 boost converter,24v DC gear motor, 20W solar panel etc.
Project Objectives1. Mower will have the ability to be controlled remotely
2. It will be able to store the desired mowing path in memory
3. It will have wheels that control forward and backward movement as well as turning
4. Wireless interaction between mower, base station, and control unit
5. Automatic charging facility.
6. To provide the operation of grass cutting at the desired area input by the user.
7. Controlled by smart phone.

First we will interconnect our smart phone with smart car robot. Here using motor driver we operate the wheel of the car. A microcontroller is used in car through this we can access it through the smart phone. The microcontroller operates the vehicle movement dc motors as well as the grass cutter at the same time as monitoring the ultrasonic sensors. The microcontroller smartly operates the dc motors using the motor driver to achieve desired movement based on ultrasonic inputs. The system also uses a gyro sensor in order to achieve perfect 180 degree turns in order to achieve complete lawn/garden coverage.

4.The proposed solution provides a prototype home design for the ease of the users.

6.Operating principle is simple.
Technical Details of Final Deliverable- We used 24V DC gear motor that carries 0.6mA current with load. 12V 7AH battery is used, to provide 24V to DC motors we used boost converter module that will step up the voltages from 12V to 24V.
- NodeMCU is used as a microcontroller because it has abililty to interconnect devices smartly. NodeMCU is operated on 3.3V, so we used BUCK converter that have abililty to step down voltages. BUCK converter will step down voltages from 12V to 3.3V that will be suitable for NodeMCU.
- L298 Motor Driver is used to control speed and direction of motors. It is operated on 5V.
- Polly Crystalline Solar Panel is used to charge the battery with 20W power. Voltage regulations from 12V to 18V maximum.
