We are developing a system that control the unauthorized vehicle in any organization. Like, University, Hospitals, Residential areas, Private Companies, Force Agencies and NHA tool tax systems.

                 From above organizations, we have chosen University System of our own university. SHAH ABDUL LATIF UNIVERSITY KHAIRPUR.

                On the Main (Entrance/ Exit) Gate we implement our system. When any vehicle comes infront of the barrier or gate, camera recognize the coded stickers, that were provided by our system, if there record matches with the data base, gate or barrier will automatically open, otherwise it will remain close.

Project Objectives
  1. The main objective of this system is that, unknown person without identity and verification cannot enters in our university easily. 
  2. To keep the track record of vehicles as well as persons, to reduce the un circumstantial activities.
  3. To facilitate authorities, teachers, employs and students also.
  4. With the help of stickers, we can trace our vehicles with GPS system.
  5. It is IOT and AI based.

Through a coded sticker vehicle is verified from database, if condition is true, the vehicle enters and exit.

For unknown persons NIC is required, to keep the track record of the person and NIC

Camera Capture the images of Vehicle No. Plates and convert them in digital format. After conversion pictures are recognized and stores the data too.  

Verification is performed between vehicle no plate and data base. To verify the record. 

After Verification Gate/ Barrier will opens. IF not verified gate will remain closed.

NIC and Vehicle no are required, to pay the tax, after paying gates open, otherwise remain close. It also stores the data for 24 hours.

Benefits of the Project
  1. Only registered persons can enter in the university.
  2. Without identification and verification, no one can enter or exit in the university
  3. Unknown or unregistered persons cannot, create the panic issues in university.
  4. Through this system we can recognize and catch the unknown (illegal) persons too.
  5. Through this system we can assure that, a person’s entry reason in university.
  6. Through this system, we can secure our university.
  7. No of employees will be decreased.
  8. Strike rate will be reduced, because in our university every 2nd or 3rd day strike is happening.
Technical Details of Final Deliverable
  1. When a vehicle standing infront of the barrier, camera recognize the sticker no.
  2. Camera verified the sticker no from the database.
  3. If sticker no is verified, then the gate or barrier will be open.
  4. If sticker is not verified or not provided then, camera moves towards NIC process.
  5. Camera capture the pic of NIC and store it in the database for tracking purpose.
