Our aim is to create an advertisement system that is economically reasonable, provides network and data security, is readily available,  easily maintainable and on top of everything, upholds the maximum quality standards present in the existing market, by using pre-existing technologies. 
The system currently in the market have brought issues regarding power consumption as well as a huge expense for a service like this. Our goal to create a solution that addresses these issues in the most responsible manner. 
Using OLED technology for display, Solar Power Technology for power management and cost efficiency, cloud computing using the orange pi module for data transfer efficiency and security, and physical weather-resistant technologies for the safety and long life of the hardware.

Project Objectives

- Panel with 1 screen or 2 back-to back screens attached to 1 pole. (Contains all the hardware components of the system e.g. Battery, solar panels, electronic modules, wiring, screen.)
- Web Application to control and handle the movement, schedule and maintenance of data to and from the server as well as client. 
- Solar panel technology integrated with the hardware system using self designed Battery Management System to control and maintain power consumption. Sensors used in order to track and supervise the Health and security of the system and components.

Project Implementation Method

1. Market research is the first step taken in order to familiarize and educate ourselves with the pre-existing technologies and systems being used by different companies. From the smallest to the largest portion of the project, a thorough research makes it convenient to discuss and decide on which components suit our system in the most efficient manner. 
2. Designing the Panel according to our requirements based on the market research and availability of components. Design contains spaces for all the modules e.g. screen, battery, solar panels, electronic modules). 
3. In parallel with designing comes the procurement of materials with respect to hardware and software implementation. 
4. Web application design with respect to compatibility, User Interface design, system requirements and network/data security as the main focus.

Benefits of the Project

This project aims to bring technological innovation, which is the foremost aim of engineering. As the product is an advertisement system, the main benefits according to our efforts and knowledge keeping in mind the already available systems in the market, revolve around it being cost-friendly, high quality, durable in the face of weathers like rainfall, heat, etc.
Using solar power technology to ensure power management in order to provide lesser maintenance as well as consumption cost. 
Using cloud computing to ensure data encryption, the efficiency of data transfer, so as to leave no room for mismanagement.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

Standard OLED screen which, as compared to LED is much better at picture quality along with other advantages. Battery Management to enhance efficiency and reduce over consumption. System safety as well secure data exchange over Google cloud service.
