Our project is integration of previous traffic signal control we are going to extend the previous system , we are going to automate the signals on the basis of traffic on each side and on the basis of traffic the time quantum will be allotted to each side , there will be a module for some emergency

Our project is integration of previous traffic signal control we are going to extend the previous system , we are going to automate the signals on the basis of traffic on each side and on the basis of traffic the time quantum will be allotted to each side , there will be a module for some emergency cases as ambulances, in such case that particular vehicle will high the signal if in emergency state them our normal algorithm will stop and special case algorithm will work for it until that particular vehicle passes the traffic signal 

Project Objectives

To integrate traffic signals 

To allot time on each side on the basis of traffic on each side

To add special case for ambulances because nothing is more important than a humans life .

Project Implementation Method

Raspberry Pie will be used to control the signal control 

sensors will be used to fetch the traffic on each side and a module for the ambulances might use GPS for such purpose

Benefits of the Project

To build a Smart city , in a populated country such as Pakistan there is much traffic conflicts on traffic signals because of which ambulances are stucked in the traffic many deaths have that as a base cause , ambulances will have exceptional cases so they can easily pass through in emergency cases!

NOTHING IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN A HUMAN LIFE
