This project automate booking of an ambulance, the tracking of the booked ambulance will be
monitored and the target is to minimize the time of a patient to reach the hospital in emergency
condition.

Slow movement and time consumption.
Untrack ability.
Unavailability of route choice.
This work aims to develop a smart ambulance system application that will minimize the traditional
dependency and will allow user to get ambulance service by using the mobile application.
Objectives:
• To Utilize IT for solving challenges in traditional ambulance services in Hyderabad (Sindh).
• To propose design of ambulance services based on cab-services model.
• To minimize time duration of “patient’s reach” at nearby hospital using the proposed
Ambulance Management System (AMS).
• To test the prototype of proposed “AMS” and to get feedback from potential users.
Project Implementation method:
• Driver/Patient will sign in/signup the AMS System
• Services will be given for live ambulance call
• Selection of Nearby Available Service
• Patient will send the request
• Driver will accept/ignore the request
• Patient will track the driver
• Fare Calculation of the service will be displayed /charged from the registered patient Account
• Service will be provided
Benefit of the Project:
This project aims to develop a smart ambulance system application that will minimize the traditional
dependency and allows user to get ambulance service just by going through an application.
Technical Details:
A prototype application will be developed that will be calling ambulance just using the application.
Android Studio will be used as a base software for development of the application.
? The ambulance service will be connected with GPS.
? The developed application will monitor and track the registered ambulances.
? Only the registered patient can avail the service.
? Only the registered ambulances will be used for service.
? Tracking of routes and optimal routes will be monitored and displayed to the calling patient.
? In case of emergency, new user can be signed in and allowed to call the ambulance quickly with
single button operation.
? Backend server will be connected to the GPS to create and store the repository of requests,
clients, ambulances, tracks and monitoring of routes.
