A semi-intelligent electric wheel chair that will be able to control by hand gestures, remotely as well as through voice command. It would be convertible into stature if the patient feels stress.
As we know that there are a lot of disabled people around us. In Pakistan, there are about 20 million disabled people which are nearly equal to 10% of the population of Pakistan. We are going to make this semi-intelligent wheelchair that can take the disable person wherever they want to go only on the command of their voice or by following the special gestures of their hands. So, this would be a big solution to a huge medical problem.

Wheelchair users made up just 0.3% of the household population aged 12 to 44, but by age 85 or older, the proportion was 7%. The use of other mobility support devices also increases with age from 0.3% of 12- to 44-year- olds to 32% of the most elderly.power wheelchair is a device that aids in mobility.
All the operations are not directly implemented on the original wheelchair. First of all a prototype is made as a sample material and all experimentations are done on it. After successful experimentation on the prototype, a real wheelchair is manufactured.
The main and the first most milestones for the implementation of this project are to minimize the value of this project as low as it could be affordable by any local patient of Pakistan and secondly it should be made as smart as it could be to make the disabled person fully independent.

A smart wheelchair is a power wheelchair (PWC) that collects information on driver behavior and interaction with their environment. This product is Basically the replacement of simple and ordinary wheelchair by adding some smart features which will make the patients self-dependent.
Performance Requirements
The product is smart it starts while pressing a button when it starts it’s Bluetooth module activates and is can also be operated by hand movements and by our voice command. It runs on real time situations and can be controlled by the operator.
Safety Requirements
The product is overall secure but any technical issue in the hardware or in the software can affect the user and damage the user physically. To overcome this there is an option of auto off if some technical issue occurs the product will stop automatically.
Security Requirements
There is not any type of major security issue in it. One of the security issue is that it is operate able on anyone voice and performs it’s functionality.

The functionalities of the product can be performed in the limited range of the user and. The quality is further can be approved by adding more functions which will improve the worth of the product.
