Self Driven Car
Project Area of Specialization Internet of ThingsProject SummaryMore than 100,000 of people die in Pakistan yearly, ranking our country 67 on global scale. It means more than 20 people die in Pakistan with each passing day. This happens due to the road conditions that differ significantly from those in the Developed Countries. Thus, it is necessary to introduce a distinct means that would take the objective of "saving human life" one step closer. A Self-Driven car that can manage the daily hurdles of driving better than human driver operating a car manually. When the application for the car is activate the user will be provided with the option for “manual” and “autonomous” driving. If the “Manual” option is selected the user will be provided with the control of vehicle after the confirmation check for authority with sensor being operational providing the user with updates for safety. Similarly, if the user selects the “autonomous” option the complete control of the vehicle will be taken over by “Jazzy”. Jazzy will provide the user with the additional feature for self-driving with this the only purpose left for user is to update the require destination for arrival. The Jazzy is design with the possibilities to deal with daily hurdles face by the driver keeping the traffic signal check along with road signs. With jazzy not only the lives of people can be protected but this will also provide a huge benefit for the disable people who cannot drive a simple car.
Project Objectives| 1.saving human life: In the modern era, we have faced many problems related to our project, for example, Emergencies like Major or Minor accidents. Traffic jams cause by the noob drivers, people reaches the destination after losing so much of their precious time. In this situation, we have use Self-Driven Car. Self-Driven Car not only prevent us from the traffic jam but also can protect your by the accident. |
2.Disable Can Also Use Self Driven Car:
The one which is disable to drive the car can also reach the destination with safety and as fast as possible through the Self Driven Car. 3.Easy for the long journey: Usually people are not capable to drive the car after 6 hours and the youth now a days can drive the car as long as 3 hours and that is enough for them so in this case there is the best solution that is self-driven car so that they can easily go through any destination far away with a lot of safety and accuracy. 4.Safe time: Through self-driven car we can save time through the way that we can use our smartphone or we can text or type something while the car will help you reach the desire destination.

Project Implementation Method| As Robotics has always been an emerging field due to which it provides a gateway and shows adaptability of new and revised research and development methodologies. The development life cycle of our product consists 6 phases: Requirment gathering: |
The first phase involves understanding what need to be design and what is its function, purpose etc. Here, the specifications of the input and output.
System Design:
The requirement specifications from first phase are studied in this phase and system design is prepared. System Design helps in specifying hardware and system requirements and also helps in defining overall system architecture. The software code to be written in the next stage is created now.
Implementation:
With inputs from system design, the system is first developed in small programs called units, which are integrated in the next phase. Each unit is developed and tested for its functionality which is referred to as Unit Testing.
Integration and Testing:
All the units developed in the implementation phase are integrated into a system after testing of each unit. The software designed, needs to go through constant software testing to find out if there are any flaw or errors. Testing is done so that the client does not face any problem during the installation of the software.
Deployment of System:
Once the functional and non-functional testing is done, the product is deployed in the customer environment or released into the market.
Maintenance:
This step occurs after installation, and involves making modifications to the system or an individual component to alter attributes or improve performance. These modifications arise either due to change requests initiated by the customer, or defects uncovered during live use of the system. Client is provided with regular maintenance and support for the developed Hardware and Software.

Benefits of the Project- The people don’t want to drive for so long if they want to go to the far location.
- The disable one can also go to the desire location on his own car.
- The accident will be minimized to nun.
- The traffic jam will never occur due to the noob driver.
- The traffic will be minimizing.
- The reduced of emissions will also occur.
The final product will be a prototype of self driven car with following hardware and software specifications.
Mobile Application :-
