Project Summary

Our project is hardware based project name as security system
In this project our motive is to provide security to the students and make them feel secure.
In this project we use RF id card by which student scan the card through RF id scanner device to enter herself in the institution
The ful student data and also faculty data will be in RF ID card the student scan RF ID card through RF ID card scanner device.
In the device we embed GSM through GSM message will send to the parent's of student that your child is reached on their destination and device also mark student or teacher attendance during scanning RF ID card after student will be able to enter in the institution.
The same scanner device is used in bus with extra device called GPS which show bus location. The device also detect bus fee of through RF ID card every day and send same message to the parents that your child is sit inside the bus. The scanner device also show bus location and after every 20 minutes the message is automatically send to the parents that your child is on the way.
The main purpose of this project is to provide security to the students and make parents to feel that your child is on secure place.

Project Objectives

1.The main objective of our project is to improve security
2.To provide highly reliable security system for the safety of women
3.Less use of security employees or workers on the gate of any institution
4.The objective of this project is to implement a reliable security automation system that can be work automatically and enter the students through RF ID card.

Project Implementation Method

The implementation of Security system has been implemented in Arduino Uno. 
The complete hardware unit of the system  This system allows RFID card of any student once a day. The student can be late for 
some reason so we have given an extra time for their benefit. But if they cannot 
reach within the given time the student RFID card won’t work any longer. Then 
an automated SMS will be sent to their parents that “Your Child is Absent To-
day”. There is a functional button set for the administration for the special pur-
pose to open the gate at any time. When school ends guardian can access into 
the school to receive their child by scanning their RFID card. In order to pro-
duce useful output, hardware & software must work together. Nothing useful 
can be done with the hardware on its own & software can’t be utilized without 
supporting hardware.

2. No need for the extra workers for security
3. It help to overcome the violence and crowd on the gate of any institution
4. Device also automatically mark the attendance and send msg to the parents that your child is reached to the designation
5.We use another device with GSM and GPS to detect student fee and show bus location wherever they go
6. And also send the same msg to the parents that your child is on the way and also show bus location.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

In this project we use  different hardware devices and modules like GSM GPS RFID card etc.
