Project Summary

Our project School Gari is to provide parents a trustable and better platform for their children. We are helping both drivers and parents in their own right. Parents will be able to get reliable drivers for their children through this platform and drivers will be able to easily drop more children out of school through this platform. We are going to make this a platform that every home needs and if not, it will definitely be in the future.

            Through this project, we are introducing a tracker system for parents through which they will be able to track their children at home while they are on their way to or from school. They will also receive notifications when their children arrive at school or leave home for school or leave school for home. In this project we will introduce three types of packages for parents or children, one of which is that they can hire a van on the daily-basis (just like Careem or Uber), they can hire a van on the weekly-basis and the third option or Primary option That is, they can hire a van on the Monthly-basis.

Project Objectives

As sending children to school, choosing a noble driver with the best transport service for their children, and taking care of their security has always been the priority of parents. With this priority in mind, we have prepared our project which will precisely alleviate the anxiety of the parents and also protect their children because gaining parental trust is our priority. Our project is predicated on the thought of an automated pick and drops service for school/college students. And we do this with the touch of all the latest technologies like Artificial Intelligence, React Native Development, Cloud Computing, etc. Parents will log in to the system, register their child, and then will choose transport along with a driver for their children. Where they will view the profile of the driver too and will make sure their children will reach school on time by tracing through the system which will eliminate their burden about their children’s security and will also get a notification about pick up and drop off status. Other than that, parents can give weekly reviews on the driver. In the case of any suspicion, they can case on the driver, can report about the driver, and can also change the driver. If there is any safety concern, merely the system will be responsible for their children.

This project is not barely for parents but for drivers too. Drivers don't need to ask for payments to children's parents because drivers are being paid by the company without any headache.

Project Implementation Method

We will complete our project with the assist of waterfall model wherein first, we have to work upon requirement analysis and specifications via way of means of writing SRS  document then will design system and after that will implement our task by testing (code testing) and all small unit testing and afterward by incorporating every single unit testing will do system testing whether its alpha testing, beta testing, and acceptance testing and afterward will have maintenance phase on our project.

Benefits of the Project

After the pandemic, everything switches to the online system. Exchanging money is a major way of spreading viruses, the payments become easier and safe as parents can pay through E-payment. Parents can also locate their children anytime anywhere. They receive notifications of pick and drop. Also, the user can book rides according to their need i.e. A person needs to travel to GIFT University for a workshop, and he books a weekly ride. It’ll also be very helpful for Drivers because they will be able to get students without any advertisement or headache; also they’ve many options through this like in case of emergency they’ve opted to inform parents of that.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

Our final deliverable that we will make would be an application for android and ios autonomously and will have separate android and ios application for the driver as well and thereafter will have a separate portal for school admin and will have a separate portal for admin panel too will have a car tracker which will incorporate with applications.
