Consider advanced age individuals living in their home alone during day time in light of the fact that their children/family go to work. During these times nobody will be there to care for them. Therefore the smart watch will detect whether they fall down, a light stroke happens, temperature rises. This instant detection and relaying data to relevant contacts will ensure medical aid will be administered as soon as possible. It screens the movements and status of the individual, heart beat rate, temperature.
Hence by the this smart heath band we can take care of our loved ones and keep monitoring them remotely from wherever we are.
Everybody wants to be independent while aging. With the help of a smartwatch, the elderly are given the possibility to track their movement, heart rate or contact emergency services and notify their loved ones automatically in case of a fall or accident. Wearable tech can provide their family or caretakers peace of mind as well. In a nutshell we want this smartwatch to to have technological advancements built to ease the life of the elderly. It will offer multiple health and safety features. It will be integrated with various sensors and user-friendly interfaces. The primary objective is to provide a health, safety companion for the elderly in this modern day and age, as well as keep family informed in real-time about their movements, health state and well-being.
The aged individual will wear this health band on their wrist and turn it on. The LCD will display the day's date and current time. Other than that, it may act as a companion and pose greetings like good morning etc. For patients with weak memory, it will send reminders of medication and other vital information. The band will constantly sense heart rate, temperature and blood pressure. Other parameters may be added. It will relay these details to family and friends in real-time. The band will also include a fall detection feature which will alert when the aged person falls. It may also include alarms and voice instructions for certain tasks. The coding-end will be done on Arduino software.

This health monitoring system displayed temperature and heart rate data on an LCD, it also sends an automatic notification to caretakers or doctors.
A fall detection system is added to abstain from unintentional injury and death for old and disabled persons. When the data crossed the normal value and the fall detector detects the fall at that time the system sends an automatic notification.
SAHARA- covers the special needs in terms of health monitoring and accessibility for people with cognitive impairments.
It supports the daily activities of older adults based on a multi-sensor scheme presented. This system is intended to be deployed not only at home but also in crowded places, such as daily care centres. It detects abnormal events in patients.
The final deliverable will be a comfortable and compact wearable technology. It will be able to present data on the Blynk app. It will have a comfortable foam fitted band designed like a watch with the exterior of the watch ideally 3D printed to accurately fit all the ports.
The size will be a vital feature to allow the band to be portable and super versatile. In the heart of our system, we will have the Arduino Nano connected to the pressure sensor via the I2C bus. Actions and behaviours will be coded to simulate the live motion of the patient. Using these graphs or values we will determine the patient's state and alert a member in case of an emergency. The data generated will be then represented on a small app using Blynk.
This whole system will be integrated into a compact, wearable, finished band, blending this technology seamlessly into the patient's life.
