It is because of their mismanagement, that timings are not easily available, registration is not easy, and you do not get a notification if your bus will be late or if it has already left.
You also must have seen your batch mates having these issues, missing classes because they missed the bus and do not know the next time.
Other than that parents do not trust, when their child arrived at the institute or not, and they do not know when to pick up their children from the bus stop way back home.
We got the solution to the problem.
We are developing a system that will not only provide timings, but it will predict the estimated arrival of the student and their parents too so they know they have to pick them up from the bus stop. Also, we have other features like bus accident detection, and bus abuse detection. We will have their live location too in case of help using ML.
We are to develop a generic transportation system in which every institute(University) can register themselves. and we will start offering our services to them

We have Mobile application of Riders IOS and Android for notification, registering themselves, paying online, timing alerts, bus cancelation, and nearest stop with respect to their location.
Module in the bus to detect location, count head, accident detection, and bus abuse. and Other Machine Learning things.
A web application of Admin to register their institutes, bus, routes, trips, drivers.
See reports for R&D, reports of the driver, and bus cancelation.

The difference between a businessman and an entrepreneur is that the entrepreneur solves a problem in the society, serves them to make it a better place
and a businessman steps into the trend.
We faces these issues since our childhood, and we see no one working on this. So we got this idea to serve society back.
University has its bus service but 99% of students use their private transportation system because of this issue. We ourselves did not use bus services because of this issue.
The reason for global warming, fuel shortage, and rush in cities is because of private transportation. Robberies on the bus because you do not know who stepped into the bus.
We have solved all of these issues in our idea and we are developing a system to solve these issues to make Pakistan a better place, a safer place.

Mongoose for accessing the database
AWS for cloud API
Read Native for Mobile application of android and ios (for clients)
React JS for admin portal to register, add bus, add route, add trip, cancel trip.
