We are developing mobile application which deals with buying and selling of the property. Rental houses and the space for rents also unutilized spaces for rent on short period or specific period. the application Aims to support two groups of people. First group includes the peoples who are customers e.g. (public and tourist) second group includes the hotels, property owner & local house owner who are willing to rent their house or a part of their house (e, g. 2 no of rooms). this android application aims to integrate the commercial hotels and the local’s houses. This App can help Pakistani peoples by creating awareness to them about sharing economy and enabling them to earn from their unutilized spaces. It will create business in the Pakistani market and ultimately contribute the country’s economy. It can solve the problem for tourist to find spaces for staying while traveling, it will also lead to cheap or affordable pricing. The app will register the Customers data with proper documentation (like CNIC, Undertaking etc.). As the use of smartphone and android application has been increasing so that the android app will be effective for this product

Project Objectives

To establish an integrated real estate marketplace for travelers, tenants, house owners, this app will help people to find a spaces as per their need, like someone may want to live for long time but there could be some people who just come to visit that aera or place, so they just need to stay for some days. The app will provide flexibility of choosing in terms of space (no. of rooms and days), local household unutilized space and commercial hotels.

•           To enable the house owners for selling their unutilized spaces for rent and earn from it, it will also make prices affordable for users.

Project Implementation Method

We are developing androud application of real state on dummy data , when we are going to deploy this application , we request for the real data to ignite and raise fund for us for occupying best laptop for running android smoothly .
