Women love to change their look from time to time, follow the latest fashion of hair styles and makeup but they have time commitments from work and family giving them less time to look for salons and less time to wait at salons. If they want to obtain a time slot at a salon, they have to come very early just to get on the waiting list. This pushes them to abandon their eternal love and commitment to family and this is what attracts us to choose Salon’s system android app as a project to be implemented. The main goal of the project is to organize salon time slots for customers and draw the attention of more and more women to fashion to allow them to experience the change in themselves by looking more attractive to boost their self-esteem and thus their happiness. The app will allow you to reserve time slots any time anywhere, get their service at their chosen place (at their place or saloon) shorten the wait time, and allow clients, salons and stylists to connect online by allowing user to browse salon and stylists and book or cancel appointments. User can also write and read reviews of salons and particular stylists. Salons can specify stylists that work at their salons, as well as services they offer. Salon can also book appointment for customers, and can view and print schedules in convenient formats

product is developed in increments and in module wise one after one, each modules contains more
functionalities than before. These smaller pieces then built and delivered to client in increments. Quick response from clients. Each module is smaller than compare to whole module. This model is used in our project.
