Robotic arm is used to segregate them based on shape and size. The entire process is achieved in three stages. 1. At first, a camera captures the image of the object and its output is processed using image processing techniques implemented in MATLAB, in order to identify the object.

2. Secondly, design a Robotic arm with 3 degrees of freedom and develop a program to move the robotic arm. 3. Thirdly, integrate the vision system with Robotic arm by making it to segregate the objects based on the desired output of the smart camera.

The basic objective of this robotic arm is to develop a versatile and low cost robotic arm which can be utilized for Pick and Place operation. ... This Robotic arm can be used in number of applications by changing the program of controller and end effector, so that it would be used mainly in the automatic assembly lines.

A robotic arm is with a vision control and it can rotate in 360 degree axis like humans.It is very strong .They have joint powered by strong motors.It work fast than human due to work fast, less time consume and robotic arm never get tired.
