Our project is a Web based Job portal and recommendation system project. Basically it’s a recruitment system in which a company will do hiring online. The beauty of online recruitment solutions lies in its accessibility and ease of use. Anywhere on the globe, designated individuals are able to receive process and keep a record of data within a web-based information power house. The implementation of an online recruitment solution allows a company to easily streamline the different processes involved. The recruiters have different tools to assess candidates who have filled out various application forms, If a company gets approximately thousands of application forms our software will select only those application forms which are according to the criteria or priority of company.
This web based project will also check assessment of candidate by online quiz.
The Candidate will give a quiz according to their skills, by this quiz recruiter check the knowledge and ability of candidate.
Candidates have also the advantages on this platform, because they will get a job in a best company.
Project Objectives
This Web Application will help company’s for hiring eligible candidates, it will do hiring in less time it will help company. In addition, by way of such easy solutions, employers announce countless rewards and benefits for current employees and prospective employees. This approach has helped organizations to enjoy an improved level of recruitment management significantly.

Our project implementation method is we use Node js,React and MongoDb as our database and we import different libraries and api's like axios in our project
