While giving access to someone. The security of lab equipment is very important. For this purpose, an efficient system is required that can provide access to the authorized persons and can maintain a record of them. The system proposed is an RFID-based that matches the id of the scanned card with the database and sends the information to a computer wirelessly. A microcontroller is used to transfer information between different modules. Such as. RFID sensor WI-FI transmitter.

In this system first, a person used his/her RFID card to the system. Then the system tracks the data from the card and sends it to Arduino. From Arduino first, it stores the data to the external memory and after that, the data goes to the department office through WIFI. If the RFID card data is authenticated the Arduino sends the command to the servo motor to open/close the door through the locking mechanism.
