Along with all the benefits, social media and the internet have provided, It has also caused a distraction, less focus on the To-Do list, and reduced productivity. People spend hours and hours on social media application and waste precious time. On google play and Apple Store, there are multiple applications that facilitate time management, learning activities, and organizing tasks. In replacement of all these separate applications, we propose an application that will analyze the habits of your social media surfing and alert you if the usage you decide exceeds the limit. it facilitates you with career guidance and online article published related to your interests, Job opportunities are posted on different platforms and enable you

Project Implementation Method

Design:

• Purehours is being developed in Flutter Visual Studio Code and Android Studio.
• Data is managed with the help of SQLite and other popular Databases.
• The purpose behind using Flutter Visual Studio Code and Android Studio for the development of Purehours is the ease and usability factor.
• This platform provides us with various options: Development of responsive websites, database connectivity, web forms and many more multiple functionalities.
• This software will be operable on both android and IOS devices for alarm/notification generation.

    Constraints:

• Security is the more important factor for the application.
• Each record must be secure and manageable.
•  There should be no loss of data.
• The application must be available 24/7 so everyone can access it.
• The application should be scalable. So, if large number of users access the system at a time, the system should be up to date.
• The employee first has to register him/herself. If he/she is not registered the error message is generated.
• Only authorized user use the system.
• The system must recover from the error condition in an efficient way.

Since the absolute prospects of its flourishment is evident and we need a proper technology-oriented system for the Self-Improvement sector. The present tech systems don’t cater to all of the requirements whereas the management system (Purehours) we are proposing has all those functionalities that would lessen the manly work and make skill learning and time management easy and fun.

Web scraping: Get all career updates and jobs from all sources on one platform

Artificial Intelligence Recommendation System: This module will recommend courses and training necessary for you and keep track of your progress.

EyeOnKeeping in account usage of social media and your watch list

To-Do List: maintain a to-do list and remind you

YourTutor: keeping all your learning resources at one place including the contact details of instructor and facilitates you to chat

Software Requirement Specification

This document will contain the complete structure of the application. The major part of our project is to understand and validate user requirements. in this document, we will narrate all the modules and use cases, detail of modules, and their functionalities. The scope of the application will be discussed as well.

Software Design Specification

Design, usability, and learnability are major success factors of the application. We aim at creating an application that will reduce user effort and increase productivity. In a Design specification document, we will create designs and construct prototypes. After validation of the prototype with users, we will start creating an actual application.

Application & User Tutorials

This deliverable is the actual application, which we will publish on the google app store and Apple App Store. users would be able to download and watch user tutorials for a smooth learning process.
