We know it is a tiring to call individual property agents ,aarange appointment , finding better time for appointment and they he will assist you.By doing so your most of precious time is wasted. Morever, you can not get information about all the properties under a specific preoprty agent if you have the shortage of time. For such complex process we provide a one simple online form which require your basic information and we will assist in sort time period. Moreover, a buyer can easily check or get all the information about the properties in in different cites as per intrest.This is all about the 'PropertyHub' online property management/dealing system.

The main objective of this project is to bring the real estate industry online and enabling real estate industry participants to benefit from the Internet. website acts as an interface between Individuals, brokers and realtors. Here the user can advertise his property for buying or for selling. Site provides online real-estate service committed to helping you make wise and profitable decisions related to buying, selling, renting/leasing of properties, in Pakistan. We will provide a fresh new approach to our esteemed users to search for properties to buy or rent, and list their properties for selling or leasing. PropertyHub promises to be the most preferred way of finding your dream property and we are committed to help you make a wiser property decision, as a buyer or a seller. We understand the needs and concerns of Individuals, Brokers and Builders and provide them a common platform for realizing maximum benefits and security from real-estates. The search can be based on the Number of bed rooms. Number of Wash rooms, price, area, city, plot size, type of property etc. Enter your search criteria and click the SEARCH button to display the matching property. When you click the search button the property advertised will be shown. Provide a superior real-estate experience by making it easier, faster, secure and more accurate to find buyers for your valuable property. We give our customers ease to use and also we will maintain a good relationship with the customers, brokers, sellers for properties. Project Implementation Method

The complete website development will be go through the four steps that are listed and explained below :

STEP 1 ( Analysis & Design ) :

 First of all we will collect some necessary information about our project and the most common topics will be :

• The profile of the target audiences
• navigational layout/content organization of the web site
• Define and document the product catalog categories and attributes of all product categories and sub categories
• Define and document the work flow of every type of user of our site
• Updating the product catalog over the time

after these informations we will be able to move on to our second step

STEP 2 (layout design and Development) :

when all the information will be collected about the project then i will divide my work into two streams 

first one is to finalize the frontend of the website like navigations ,search bar and each and every things that would be appear to all types of user. after the frontend desgin the second phase or stream will be started as soon as possible and that consist of building the real time development of our website and that will be totally in php ,laravel and we will integrate these streams by the time. And in the end of the second phase we will have a real time running Property management system "PropertyHub".

STEP 3 (System & User Acceptance Testing) :

Once the software is completed, the website is deployed to our production servers and released to the CLIENT for User Acceptance Testing. User Acceptance Testing is much important.You can give access to a small group of target audience users to ensure for yourselves that the site meets all of the requirements identified in STEP 1. we will record deficiancies,if any and then we will try to remove all that bugs or deficiancies and make our site good for public use.

STEP 4 (Ongoing support ) :

this will be our last step and in this we will integate our site to necessary security tools and other configurations needed like installation of SSL certificate etc. and we will examine the working of website by the time and will record the behaviour of  'PropertyHub'.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

In the end we will be having a complete ready to use website developed in Laravel Framework and can be deployed to the live server for the all types of users that is mentioned in project performa.The agent can upload all the images and information related to the property.Agent can also delete,update,insert the property for selling after the successful authentication by the website registration system. User can search by using smart search view with many attributes and can make deal with the agent after the registration.Admin view can see the all activity logs like number of dealers, agents, properties related to the specific agent etc. and Admin can delete the user agent and can block the agent to post for future etc.

All in all, we will be having a final deliverable real estate website in laravel.
