This project will greatly support for polio organization system during their campaigns. Such like the admin can monitor their teams or workers, keeping individual records of each child from specific area, sending notifications to parents.

Polio is a debilitating disease caused by a virus. It’s spread most often from person-to-person contact, but also can be spread by consuming food or drinks that have been contaminated with the feces of an infected individual.

Many of those who get polio have no symptoms, and may recover without complications. Sometimes people who contract polio develop paralysis, the most well-known side effect of the disease, which can result in a permanent disability.

Project Objectives

The aim of this project is to spread awareness among the masses relating to polio virus and its infections.
The main purpose of this software or project is to provide relief to the polio workers and parents to achieve a controlling force upon this menace.
The parents could easily be accessible by using this software to the head of polio eradication authorities, to make them aware of their problems.
The children could be easily prevented from polio viruses and to provide them a better future. 
The polio worker could be easily accessible to their data management, they could be easily receiving the complains from victims, they could be easily using this project for their data input and output

Project Implementation Method

Using water fall model to implement the project,

Usnig Java programming language. 

We have to implement differnet modules which are:

Admin
Team management.
Polio campaign management.
Send notification to parents and worker.
Worker and child registration. 
Worker
Register the new child in record .
Send the duty detail to admin.
Parents
Register his child.
Send complain or report to admin.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

Our proposed system will facilitate the children’s parents by providing the facility to put complain on the server about missing their children dosage or report a case if they found related to polio.
