It will help in keeping your business organized at all times. you can track your business expenses, record them for taxation. you can create professional invoices, transactions and sales receipts. according to the sell receipts, transactions and invoices you can generate your reports including income statement which is a summary of your revenue and expenses that determine the profit you made, Balance Sheet which is a summary of the financial balances of an individual or organization, Trial Balance which is a list of all the general ledger accounts contained in the ledger of a business, and General ledger to store and organize financial data used to create the firm's financial statements. along with all the reports you can add your business product and services with their name, account type, price, and assign tax if required and you can also add clients / customers with their contact and name, you can also view reports reports of your business of any date, you can add new  accounts with it specific account type from assets, equity, liabilities, income and expenses. In a transaction you can add income and expense with any of the 2 account types cash in hand and cash in bank and you can enter amount, date and categorize it with a specific account head from the main 5 account heads and you can specifically add a complete transaction with credit and debit value with both assigned account type. you can also create a taxation list for all the applicable taxes on products and services. all the reports, invoices, customers list, product and services list, tax list and transaction list can all be converted to pdf and printed.

Our proposed system is the complete solution that every Business need. Our software will help business to manage their expenses, creating invoices, transactions, sale receipts including reports. It will also create taxation list on products and services and all these can print into pdf form. It’s a web based finance software solution with user-friendly Graphical user interface. Our Goal is to help finance teams in maintaining financial management by eliminating accounting mistakes, reducing invoicing cycles, dealing with constantly changing tax laws and regulatory standards, and optimizing daily, monthly, and annual cash flow. Enable more accurate audits, and maintain accurate asset and liability tracking records.
