3. To design and develop motor control system for automatic shredding of plastic bottles.
4. To make a machine that shred the recyclable plastic bottle for the solution of new
product.
5. After shred it reduce the volume of plastic waste.

1. Bibliographic review.
2. Calculation of mechanical parts.
3. Design the mechanical parts on solidwork.
4. Printing and Assembling of Mechanical Parts.
5. Motor and Its control.
6. Testing of prototype.

  1. To reduce the burning solid plastic waste and control the environmental pollution.
  2. Shredded waste is easier to handle or re-use.
  3. Shredding is also an efficient waste disposal method.
Technical Details of Final Deliverable
  1. The following are the technical details of Final deliverable from Plastic Shredder machine.

    Shredding process:

    Bottles is fed into cutting chamber and it shred plastic bottles into small flakes.

    Result:

    The maximum size of bottles is 1.5 litr (almost length 1.6 ft).After shred the size of flakes is almost 10 mm.
