- Plastic Shredder machine is one of the solution.
- Shredder Machine is a machine which grinds the recyclable plastic into small flakes.
- The Plastic shredder machine consists of hopper assembly, blades/cutter, drive shaft, frame, V-belts, and an electric motor.

The following are the technical details of Final deliverable from Plastic Shredder machine.
Shredding process:
Bottles is fed into cutting chamber and it shred plastic bottles into small flakes.
Result:
The maximum size of bottles is 1.5 litr (almost length 1.6 ft).After shred the size of flakes is almost 10 mm.
