Pick and Place Robot
In the modern age, robots have become an essential part of our lives. Robots help human in various fields of their lives and make complicated things easy. Now robots are also used to make human free from laborious work so that it can be done with optimal efficiency and make work free from human errors.
For this purpose, many robots are used and one of them is a pick and place robot. This type of robots is used for the purpose fo picking an object from one place and placing it on its destination.
We will be developing a system of pick and place robot that can be controlled through an android device.
The objectives of our project are:
To develop a system of a pick and place robot that can be controlled by using an android device through a Bluetooth module.
Develop an android application through which we will control our robot and we don't have to build a transmitter by using external circuit and coding will we get our desired functions from that android application.
We will develop an android application that will be used as a transmitter and we will have Arduino coding to interface between transmitter and receiver side through a Bluetooth module.
We will have different motors (dc motor and servo motors) to control the vehicle and the robotic arm.
Our end result will be a vehicle with a robotic arm that will be interfaced for the purpose of picking and placing an object from one to another place.It will be implmented using arduino and a mobile app to control the movement and picking and placing object.
This kind of robot can be used for industrial purpose for the pick and place of objects instead of having a human as labours.
It can be used for spy purposes.
It can also be used in defence sectors.
This project include interfacing of mobile with vehicle and we use servo motors to drive different parts of robotics arm.
