Project Summary

A game is an organized form of entertainment, usually accepted as a mode for enjoyment and sometimes used as an educational and informative tool. The fast-growing pace in the development of entertainment industry is not letting us think for our future. So, we just want to be a part of this industry not just for entertainment but for earning heavy amount of money because this industry has wealth of money circulating around. The approximate revenue generated by entertainment industry in last year was 7 billion dollars. This higher pace of industry needs lot of technology and manpower to maintain so this creates lot of jobs, learning and earning opportunity for us. So, to enter in the industry we are going to develop a game as our final year project. This game will be an adventurous type of game which have a character and some adventures to complete game levels. During game their will be different game objects like health, score, winning and lose situations based on certain conditions. 

The situation that lead us here is our busy life and future career selection. Career selection is very crucial in one’s life, because the whole life style will depend on that decision. Your daily routine, your surroundings and the money you will earn, everything will be dependent on a single decision.

The main character is TAEHYUNG which was living with his family working in there orbits and revolving all day long along with chit chatting with his friends. One day he felt some distortion in his galaxy he started speeding up towards his family. The scene he saw there was mind numb all his family was lost in certain incident and he got lost from his orbit. Name of the game is perso (it’s an Italian word which means lost) now TAEHYUNG (name of the character) finds himself in a space where he have to pass through the hurdles to reach his family and go back to his orbit. And there the fun begins.

Project Objectives

Our game is about the changing aspects of life on daily bases as we are leaving behind the true teaching techniques, mesmerized by the worldly things. Our game is about helping in making child learning easy and groom the brainstorming. Now a day’s indoor games are more popular than outdoor games. Our game will give user a chance to help ease their mind and from daily grind. As the game move forwards. Unity and Android Studio are used for making the game interactive.The project scope is to promote life-worth in the changing environment of our society and to provide a way of brain storming and mind sharpening to the children as well as adults. Main purpose of the product is to provide them entertainment to calm their mind so they can enjoy and relax for some time from their daily hectic routine. Using the latest technologies like Android, Unity, Fuse and Photoshop any scene or feature of this product can be re-created.

Project Implementation Method

Its a game project so we will be implimenting it on "google play store" as an android application.

Benefits of the Project

Life is too short to remain happy and peaceful and the daily routine of our generation is worse. We have lot of work to do for our education, job, friends and family. But we need to maintain discipline for every aspect in our life. So, to entertain ourselves the best way is to go for outdoor activities and sports but if you don’t have that much time then we will go for digital entertainment.

People are busy in their daily life they want to relax their mind, so we are developing a game as a part of entertainment industry it’s our responsibility to provide them a platform so that they can relax. Entertainment is as important as work so we should divide the time equally. As everybody have their own mobile devices and they can play and understand it easily. There are many health problems these days young people are more depressed, so we are providing them a way to entertain themselves and forget all their problems for a short span of time. This game will be a source of enjoyment and mind relaxing for them.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

We are using minimum android 6.0 with the API level of 23. Minimum RAM required for this game to run is 1GB. Also described in section 3.2.1 Hardware Requirements as follows. The game will have different functionalities for e.g. increment and decrement of health.

Our product will be available for android based system only as everyone now a days have access to smart phones. To play the game it should be downloaded on the smart phone and it has very easy to use interface. There are some constraints as follow

• GUI is only in English
• Free availability
• User interface is color full

Internet is compulsory for downloading the game after that user can play in offline mode too. The main interface buttons will guide the user to interact and play the game.Our game is not specified to any other software medium other than android. Once downloaded user can access it any time anywhere with high graphics and last saved progress.
