For that purpose we have many procedures either to reduce the Temperature of solar pannels, or to change the orientation of solar pannels etc. But all these cases seams to be less benficial because these techniques increases the efficiency by only some extent. So, by doing reseach on increasing efficency of solar cell we discover that by using a material named as Perovskite can be extremely beneficial as it increses the efficiency of solar cell more than 50%. By using Perovskite we are aiming to design a solar cell that could increae the efficiency of solar cell and make it more useful.
Project ObjectivesOur main objective is to see the impact of perovskite material on the efficiency of solar cells. Our aim is also to check the impact of perovskit on the performance and also to check the temperature effect on solar cells.
Project Implementation MethodAs our purpose is relaed to research not of commercial so we will be looking for maximizing the efficiency of solar cell. First step of desiging the solar cell is by manufacturing by using perovskite material and the next step is to test the Solar module which is alsothe main step of the project implementation method.
As we have mentioned that our aim is to maximize the efficiecny, So following methodes can be used for that purpose;
The principles for maximizing cell efficiency are:
- increasing the amount of light collected by the cell that is turned into carriers;
- increasing the collection of light-generated carriers by the p-n junction;
- minimising the forward bias dark current;
- extracting the current from the cell without resistive losses
So by following these principles we can implent the process of successful desigin of Perovskite Solar cells.
Benefits of the ProjectThe benefits of project are as follows;
- Increases the efficiency of Solar pannel.
- Increase the power output .
- Commercially Economicall.
- Can be beneficial in industrial scale.
- More life time than silicone based solar cells.
The technical components in designing of Solar cells are;
- These components include the wiring, surge protectors, switches, mechanical mounting components, inverters, batteries, and battery chargers. These components are what distributes and stores electricity safely and efficiently and can account of up to half the cost of the total cost of a photovoltaic system.
- The other main technical aspect in desiging process is Testing of Solar module for that we need high indutsrial machinery
