But now it has become easier to find an accommodation nearby the work place in cheap rates. In this online paying guest system, users can find a number of paying accommodation nearby work place or desired place. The users can register themselves as a Service Provider/Owner users or Guest users .Once a house is register then this will available for guest users.uIt has become easy to search paying guest accommodation at any time. It was difficult earlier to go a place at the spot and hence had to lose good opportunities, as we don’t know where to stay and where unaware about a particular city. But now it has become easier to find an accommodation nearby the work place in cheap rates. In this online paying guest system, users can find a number of paying accommodation nearby work place or desired place. The users can register themselves as a Service Provider/Owner users or Guest users .Once a house is register then this will available for guest users.

Project Objectives

This system will develop to cope up with the current issues and problems of accommodation. This system will provide the nearby locations to the paying guests. This system will facilitate the guest user to find the affordable accommodation. This system will provide monetarily service to the owner of the houses who are willing to rent their places. Provide the list of houses with necessary information. The student and employees travel form one city to another for the purpose of study or job they might have problem to find the accommodation in new city. This system will help those people to find the accommodation that is suitable for them. This system will generate the business.

Project Implementation Method

These three modules are tha main modules to implement the complete system.

Admin Module:

• Admin can manage state,city and can view and edit registered owner.
• Admin can view paying guest detail which is listed by paying guest owner.
• admin can manage about us and contact us pages.
• Admin can also update his/her profile, change the password and recover the password.

There are  two types of users.

• Owner Users/Service Provider:
• Guest User:

Owner Users/Service Provider:

• Owner can see all detail in brief like total listed pg, total booking, total new booking, total confirmed booking, and total canceled booking.
• Owner can list their pg.
• Owner can view new booking and he has right to confirmed booking.
• The owner can search booking request by booking number.
• Owner can see new notification of booking.

Guest User:

Guest user can do the following activity

• The guest users will login in system.
• The guest user includes credentials like Name, Address, Contact info, Photographs and other supplementary details.
• Book the pg.
• Update his/her own profile.
• Change Password.
• Guest users can also recover his/her own password.

Benefits of the Project

This proposed system will help the user to find the affordable accommodation, the people who have free places in their homes and they willing to rent the place then they will register their place a location for the user in this system. User will not have any problem to avail theses services any time. If proposed system available in any city then any common person can use these services

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

This proposed system will help the user to find the affordable accommodation.Any person who has android system and network connection can use it within the pakistan.This application would be API based.This android based application will execute on virtual machines or real devices.There will be seven months to complete the project.
