Part-time Recruiter System is a web-based recruitment tool, especially designed for meeting the demands of both employer and the employee. This system provides all the resources for companies to find the best fit for their organization by providing features like posting a job, reviewing received applications and removing a candidate from the list.

On the other hand, job seekers will find thousands of job listings and its versatile search function lets you filter by several criterias, including location, job title and pay range.

We are determined to provide solutions for both full time and part time applicants in Pakistan. Part time jobs will help applicants find a job suitable to their time and schedule.

Part-time jobs are a good opportunity to earn income or develop a new skill set if you don’t the time or flexibility to commit to a full-time job. Unfortunately, finding a part-time job in Pakistan is not as simple as you might think. This culture should be introduced without any cost. An online platform is a cost effective solution. There are numerous benefits to part-job.

Benefits of the Project

Unemployment is quite common in Pakistan. Even people who have graduated from universities find it tough to get a good job. As an A Level student/FSc student, it will be quite hard for you to get a good and high paying job without any degree or contacts. But you may still find a decent paying job that doesn't require a qualification. Moreover, students can do part time jobs to even continue their studies. Moreover, there is a whole lot of people who are willing to do part time jobs due to their inflexible timings and schedules esp. housewives and people who are stuck at home but want to update their skill sets.

On the other hand, small companies who are budget and workforce limited are looking for individuals for their part time openings in order to manage their resources effectively.

This problem should be addressed as soon as possible in order to cater the needs of our younger generation and to decrease the rate of unemployment

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

Our App will have will have interactive and user friendly interface, where our users can navigate to post a job, apply for a job. We are providing with additional features such as CV creation, where you get to modify your CV to make it look professional. There are no system in Pakistan which are targeting part-time jobs for students hence we will be one of the first to provide a platform which will help student find jobs in their nearby location.
