Our Application is an utility and education application our thoughts for making the app is that we can provide all the essentials tools for the online class at one stop or single platform.
Our Application will have a enable messenger in app for communication of the class enrolled participants, an in app quiz maker for objective base quiz or file upload. same goose for assignments.
Our application is consist of two module for now.
Teacher module:
- Teacher can create class.
- Teacher can create assignment.
- Teacher can create Quiz.
- Teacher can Grade Assignment and Quiz.
- Teacher can start Video meeting.
- Teacher can invite Students or other user who he want in the class or meeting.
Students Module:
- students can attempt the quiz.
- students can attempt the assignment.
- students can upload file on quiz or Assignment section.
- students can interact in messenger.
- students can join the online meeting.
This product can be very useful for students and teachers also, they don’t have to use many platforms to manage their classes, our product will be the life savior and problem reducer to many students and teachers.
Project Objectives
As a student online classes and online exams have become a great headache to every student because there is no single platform which have a functionality of having online classes and quiz assignments management system or LMS both. We have to manage two to three applications at a time to be connected for the updates of recent class activities, which is quite painful.
Therefore, there will be a single platform for all of these things. So many thought about it but we want to make this change and create a single platform to eliminate all of these problems.
Why would people use our product although there are many good platforms available? all of ther other have limited access and after the limit they will become paid. our vision is to provide this software free to the teachers and studnets.
today we use technology but we have less Knowledge of how to use the technology, even most of the teachers in our country or city don’t know how to use those good platforms, and when they hear that they are paid, they don’t even want to install it.
in the end we want to came up with the game changer and for the sake for our student brothers and sister we will provide them with the ease of life.
Project Implementation Method
Method we use in our application is waterfall.Waterfall is one of the simpler strategies to implement and is ideal for short, uncomplicated projects. This strategy is linear and sequential—simply list tasks sequentially and check them off as you go. A task cannot be initiated until the previous one is complete, and you cannot return to a previous task. (Done is done.) For the Waterfall project management methodology to be successful, tasks must include every step that needs be accomplished and arranged in a logical, chronological order.
