Compost is organic fertilizer that is added to soil to help plants grow fast and healthier. Farmers in Azizabad uses inorganic fertilizers which cause diseases and infertility of soil. After our researches we came to know that 40 to 45% diseases are caused by eating crops grown with inorganic fertilizers. So we are providing chemical free fertilizers which are made of all natural and organic materials. Our main objective is to provide farmers a fertilizer that will help him in growing crops fast as well as healthier.Our main moto is to provide pollution free and healthy lifestyle to this generation we want to show positive image of Pakistan by utilizing useful waste from the markets and waste centers and converting them into 100% organic compost fertilizers for our crops and fields which will make a very deep impact on the health of this generation we will eat healthy and live a disease free life. Our mission is to first campaign our product in Punjab and want to aware farmers and locals to fully get the facts about our product what benefits they will have from our product. Our first goal is to serve for our country and after that we can generate a good revenue from this.OC has an edge of being the pioneer in the local market we don’t have direct competitors. However there are some indirect competitors such as Fatima and Fauji fertilizers who are providing better product and have built emotional link with farmers. But they use chemicals for manufacturing fertilizers. However we provide chemical free fertilizers of reasonable price with better quality. OC fertilizers are rich in fibers, protein, iron and all other nutrients.

Project Implementation Method

First of all, we gathered all the information about the fertilizers and waste around the city. We then visited near villages to get the information about the farmers what are their needs what are the benefits and disadvantages of the fertilizers and the crops produced from them. Then we did the market analysis of what people really want. Who is our ideal customer take their interview and make a persona. We then proposed our problem and solution to the instructor we got the go-ahead. Then we started working on the prototype. First, we developed a machine which will crush all the fruits and vegetables and make it perfect for making our compost. Then we will make boxes for our compost which will be made of sensors and alarms. To control and monitor all the sensors and alarms we will make a mobile application. In the end, we will test all the hardware and software and make a detailed report on it.
