Recruiting automation is a type of technology that helps companies to automate recruiting operations and workflows in order to boost recruiter productivity, reduce time-to-fill, lower cost-per-hire, and improve their organization's overall talent profile.

A online recruitment system is being proposed. This method allows companies to post jobs on our platform, and candidates can apply for those jobs. When they apply for a job, they are directed to a recruitment level-1 test. The jobs are available till the deadline. Employees who applied for the job completed the test and awaited an email from the employer. They must first meet the conditions set forth by the employer. After being shortlisted, the final candidates are interviewed. The human touch will be reduced throughout the process.

When they apply for a job, they are directed to a recruitment level-1 test. The jobs are available till the deadline. Employees who applied for the job completed the test and awaited an email. In the meantime, their application was automatically routed to the recruiter who is responsible for that job opening.The recruiter can see the candidate's test results and decide whether to interview the candidate or not. If the recruiter decides to interview the candidate, they will be added to the Interview Queue
