My project is Online Fyp Management System.I with my group members made website using HTML, CSS, PHP etc.And for storage of data we made database in SQL.We have to develop this system to provide facility to students as well as for teachers.So, our main goal is to facilitate students and save their time using this system.

Project Objectives

• To develop an online system that is systematic and comfortable. 
• To design the architecture of the system and its functionalities. 
• To setup the platform and server environment. 
• To test the reliability of the system.

Project Implementation Method

The flow of the system can be described as follows:

 When a user enters the URL to access FYP Online Management System in the Web browser, the browser will sends a request to the Web server to fetch an HTML page or execute a PHP script. A PHP scripts uses SQL queries to access the FYP Online Management System database tables and sends dynamically generated HTML pages back to the client’s browser.  

The system shall be made up of the following four components: 

Client side 

Server side 

Database back-end and web-based administration tool

Graphical front-end

• By using our website, students didn't face delays which occurs at university. 
• Students easily solve their issues by communicating with their supervisors at one platform.
• Their is no wastage of time by using our system.
• In covid situation, this is the best platform for students to communicate or solve their issues at given time period. 
• University do not have much space for hard copies.So,by using our website data can easily stored in database or faculty heads can easily fetched data when needed.

Tools used:

• Sublime Text
• Adobe Illustrator
• Web server: XAMP
• Adobe XD
• SQL Server Management Studio
• User / Web interface: HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Bootstrap
• Database: MS SQL SERVER

These tools are used to make website as well as storage of data in SQL server.Firstly,we have to design front end, which is designing of website using HTML, CSS, PHP, Bootstrap.After doing this, we have to design backend of our website, where you have to store your data of website. So, for this we have to create tables or apply queries to retrieve our data when needed.
