Background

                         Since there are lot of problems facing by every Pakistani in different  Areas/fields.

To solve these problems faced by every Pakistani no one knows how much time it will take to process/raise their problem in different platforms in front of some higher authorities.

An ordinary man can’t ask even for his/her own right because sometimes it shows its worst results. 

Purpose

Why we are intended to develop such kind of platform is because:

This is a big project and there is a lot of learnings for us since we’ll take real requirements from the concern/responsible persons and from ordinary people as well.

Poor people of our country would easily participate in order to highlight their problem against someone without the someone’s intimidation.

Educated people will take part in betterment of our country, because they would give suggestions.

This would be for the betterment of our country                                                                           

Business Opportunities and Customer Needs

We want to develop a platform in which:

An ordinary man can raise his/her voice regarding any problem to solve that.
People affecting/related with the same problem would vote for that same problem to strengthen that voice of a specific area like (In my area there is only one bank, if someone wants new primary school for their children etc).
Problems that has been given by different users would be seen to those belonging to the same area from where the problem has been raised so that they would rate that and hence it would become a voice for government to take some steps.
A complaint procedure would be something like this:
If someone has complaint against a government employee, he would not just tell the relevant head about that person but others agreeing with the same problem would rate that issue either is this true or not, and based on those statistics a head would take decision to eliminate that person or not.
The concern/responsible in which there is complaint against someone will be visible to all who are affecting with the same problem.
The Head of any department would also be there to answer his/her own head     and so on.
Since there are highly educated people there in Pakistan. So through this platform people would provide some good suggestions and GOVT can take some best suggestions among them.      
An ordinary man would “rate” the concern responsible person positively or negatively, through this feature the process of refining people would be more efficient.
Because an ordinary man would be able to know how much the responsible persons has accessed the people issues by seeing at the ratings.
This would be kind of more social platform.

It's kind of advace type of Citizen portal app, which will cover more objectives then Pakistan Citizen Portal App.

Project Implementation Method

Project Implementation Method:

We are building this android app using React Native Technolgy as it's a cross platform and advance in features.

Components usage are:

1. Android SDK version 28 
2. SDK build tools version 28.0.3 
3. Android Support Repository >= 28 (for Android Support Library)
4. Android NDK 
5. MySQL Databases.

The Method is the normal android app development procedure.
